Ranch & Blue Cheese Stuffed Pork Chops

  • 4 boneless pork loin chops, cut 1 1/4 inches thick
  • 1/2 cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • 2 wedges Garlic & Herb Spreadable Wedges
  • 2 tbsps chopped chives or green onions
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • Salt and black pepper


Heat grill to medium heat. Cut a horizontal slit through the thickest part of each pork chop, forming a pocket. Mash together the blue cheese, spreadable cheese, and chives with a fork until well combined. Stuff cheese mixture into the pork chops, closing pockets with a wooden toothpick. Season pork with garlic salt, salt and pepper. Grill 10 to 16 minutes, turning once, until desired doneness.
