Glazed Burgundy Chicken

Slow Cooker: 6-8 hours

Ingredients

  • 1 Frying chicken, cut up
  • 1 Clove minced garlic
  • Dash Cayenne pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 cup apricot preserves
  • 1 cup burgundy wine
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. crushed rosemary

Preparation

Spray slow cooker with cooking oil. Rinse chicken. Pat dry with paper towels. Rub with garlic and cayenne pepper. Place chicken in slow cooker. In a bowl combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cook for 6-8 hours.
