products and services and getting paid for it.
Almost anytime you click on a link or a banner that is advertising a product or service, there is affiliate
marketing involved.
Here's how it works...
You partner with an individual or company who is selling something like an E-book. By partnering with them,
you become their "affiliate". You receive a link to send visitors to your partner's website. The
link has your affiliate ID in it.
When someone clicks the link and buys the E-book, you get credit for it because your ID was in the link.
Perhaps the E-book sells for $30 and the commission is 50%. The affiliate program tracks your commissions
and pays you automatically on a regular basis.
There are ways of marketing your links so that they bring you commissions over and over again.
